The Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA), the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Canada Media Fund (CMF), Telefilm Canada, the Indigenous Screen Office, the Association québécoise de la production médiatique (AQPM) and Nordicity have collaborated to prepare Profile 2025. Profile 2025 is the 29th edition of the annual economic report prepared by the CMPA and its various project partners over the years.
Profile 2025 provides an analysis of economic activity in Canada’s screen-based media production industry during the period of April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. It also provides comprehensive reviews of the historical trends in production activity between the fiscal years of 2015/16 and 2024/25.
